As well as being easily the finest house on the planet, in terms of aesthetics and physical attributes generally, literally, it will blow your mind – this place is also a bit like heaven, a spiritual oasis where angels frequently visit and sing sweet songs – you may find the meaning of life here … The only concern you ought to have really, is that you may never want to leave?!

The whole 2 bedroom flat is available for a month, between 3rd July and 3rd August, as I’m heading to Tanzania for a fight (I should say a boxing match.. ). However, if you just want a room, the dates are way more flexible, and when I’m back, you’d be my housemate essentially – and maybe we’ll become best mates for life? For those who don’t know, Ntinda is a lovely suburb in Kampala – bit greener than others I’d say.. still only 15 minute boda from all the hot spots (Acacia Mall, Lugogo, Kololo etc.), but we have loads of cool stuff right on the doorstep too.

The other bedroom has its own separate shower room too, a lovely four poster bed with mosquito net attached. Both rooms have cupboards and plenty of storage space.

🍳 **Kitchen**: Get ready to unleash your inner chef! Our kitchen has all the basics you’ll need to cook up delicious meals (if you have the skills?), including a smoothie blender, toasty maker, coffee plunger (thing) , and more.

🛏️ **Two bathrooms**: The en-suite to the main bedroom has a bath in it, then there’s a separate shower room and and toilet for the spare room too – so each room essentially has it’s own bathroom.

🌍 **All bills are included in the price**: Forget the hassle of separate bills. Our rental price includes all utilities such as gas, water, and electricity. There’s also a TV with Netflix in the sitting room for your entertainment, with Zuku TV and millions of terrible channels for you peruse! 

WHO AM I?

Golly what a question – i’m a bundle of cells bound together pretty cleverly to make up a 90kg animal in the form of a man, aged 44, and from Wales who calls himself “Marcus Warry”. I live in Uganda, where I developed a passion for boxing – I’m a boxing promoter, i help out at a conservation charity, I started the Kyoto Foundation recently (art science and sustainability – www.kyotofoundation.com – and i run a Social Impact Consultancy. Why does this matter? (maybe it doesn’t!!).. But if you take a room, instead of the whole place, well, your trip / stay may correspond with when I’m back from Tanzania in August, and so I’d be your housemate at that point!
